One of the teams of developers behind previous iOS jailbreaks is asking for your help to find the elusive untethered jailbreak for iOS5.
The Chronic Dev Team has produced an app for the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch that stops your device automatically sending crash reports to Apple. Instead, it directs the reports to the Dev Team.
The information in these reports could go a long way to finding an exploit for an untethered jailbreak for the latest iOS - hopefully for all devices, including the iPhone 4S and the iPad 2, which are unjailbreakable, even tethered, at the moment.
Here's the Chronic Dev Team website, where you can find links to download Mac and Windows versions of their Crash Reporter.
Just download the Reporter to your PC, connect your iOS device and click the "Do it" button.
It'll put a small app on your device which will automatically send your crash reports to the team.
