Ever found yourself text messaging people while you're asleep? No, neither have I, but apparently it's a growing phenomenon - especially among young people.
So...better check your phone in the morning to make sure you haven't been sending nocturnal messages.Dr Ron Kramer, of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, said: “Texting for some of the younger generation is probably as ingrained as driving is for some people.”According to Jan Van den Bulck, of the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, the mobile phone has almost become an extension of many young people’s fingers.He found similarities between the way typists touch type and keen texters operate.
