How To Fix iBooks Crash After iOS5.0.1 Untethered Jailbreak



If you've used the new untethered jailbreak for iOS5.0.1, you may find iBooks is broken. You'll get "unable to sync" messages and the iBooks app will crash.

Here's how to fix it:

In Cydia, go to Manage (on iPhone) > Sources > Edit > Add

And add the repo: http://repo.insanelyi.com

Now search in Cydia for the tweak iBooksFix2. Install it and hard reset your device (hold Home and Power buttons together until silver Apple symbol appears). That should fix the problem.
