Here's a fun tweak if you've got a jailbroken iPhone. It's called UnlockFX and that's what it does...it adds animation effects to your unlock.
You can choose from dozens of animations which are triggered when you slide your unlock toggle. They include flipping, curl down, curl up, rotate, zoom in or out, and ripple effect.
It doesn't add much to the functionality of your phone, but it certainly livens up unlocking.
