Harrods Apple Store "Opening In March"

It's been rumoured for sometime that Apple is planning a store-in-a-store at Harrods, the UK's second-largest department store.

Now, 9to5Mac is reporting the new Apple Store could be open mid-March.

Harrods, in Kensington, London, houses more than 330 departments and 9to5Mac speculates that the new department opening could be timed to coincide with the launch of the next-generation iPad, widely expected to be announced on March 7 which could mean the iPad 3 going on sale in the UK about a week later.
