The 10.6-inch screen Microsoft Surface will come in two forms, both running Windows 8. There'll be an ARM processor version and a version powered by an Intel processor. The magnetic covers also contains a keyboard. There will be two types of cover - both are flip, one is thinner with flat touch keys, the other is slightly thicker with the keys having some travel and click feel. The ARM version of the device is expected to ship with the release of Windows 8, expected in the autumn, with the Intel flavour following about three months later.
