Remember Proview, the Chinese company that took Apple to court claiming it had the trademark in China of the name iPad? Also....remember Apple eventually settled the case by handing over $60m?
Well, Proview is now being sued by its lawyers who were hired to take on the Mighty Apple. The lawyers say the deal was they get 4% of whatever Apple paid. That's $2.4m.
