Survey Says A Third Of O2 Customers Planning To Leave After Network Outage

A survey just out says a third of O2 customers are planning to leave the network after the outage last week that left hundred of thousands of UK customers without calls, texts or data for up to 24-hours.

The poll was carried out by MyVoucherCodes which says it asked 894 O2 customers who were all affected by the fault.

It says 34% are planning to leave O2 when their contracts run out.

Of course, it's still early days and time is a big healer. But it seems most don't just want time.

A whopping 83% say they expect compensation in the form of a credit to their account. So far, O2 hasn't announced any form of compensation.
