The on-line Apple Store in the UK went off-line for a bit today and we thought it was just for maintenance.
It wasn't.
You can now chat on-line to a store employee while you're browsing the website for an iPhone or iPad. Apple says the on-line expert will be there to answer all your questions and point you in the direction of a product to click on.
The same chat system also also been introduced in Spain and Germany.
