Hands up, Apple, you've been caught with your pendulum down. After accusing virtually every company on the planet of stealing its copyrights, Apple has been nabbed nicking the design of the clock logo in iOS 6.
The one on the left is the new Apple one...and the one of the right belongs to Swiss national railway company SBB.
We reported this a couple of days ago and now Apple has agreed to a meeting to thrash it out.
SBB says it's proud Apple has chosen its design...but it wants proper licences in place and fees paid.
Just like Apple.
