Nokia PhotoBeamer: the easy way to share pics on your Lumia

So, you've got photos on your Nokia Lumia phone and you want to show them to someone, on a computer screen.

First, download the free Nokia PhotoBeamer app from the Windows Phone Store. Open it, and select a photo.

On a computer, go to PhotoBeamer.com and you'll be presented with a QR barcode.

Point your phone's camera at the QR code and the photo showing on your phone will appear on the computer screen.

You can then flick through photos and select others and they too will be displayed in big-screen glory.

It's not just PCs it works on. You can show your pics to any device - including another phone - that has a browser and surfs to PhotoBeamer.com.

The devices need an internet connection, but PhotoBeamer works with a mobile data connection as well as WiFi.
