unwiredview.com has published specs for a rumoured new HTC WP8 device to be released later this year.
The 1.2GHz processor indicates the phone - codenamed HTC Tiara - will be positioned between the flagship HTC 8X and the lower end HTC 8S, which has been dogged by lack of internal memory and being hit by the mystery of the ever expanding "other" memory folder in Windows Phone which Microsoft still hasn't addressed.
HTC has made it know it has no plans to abandon WP as an operating system and it seems the new device will be released running another update for the OS.
