A quick heads-up that UK retailer Carphone Warehouse is now selling the Nokia Lumia 620 unlocked for £139.99.
The pre-pay price for the Windows Phone 8 device starts at £129.99 plus a compulsory £10 top-up. And all Carphone Warehouse pre-pay phones are factory unlocked.
O2 stores and online are selling it for the same price, but, of course, their devices are locked to the network.
The retailer is also giving away free upgrades to Microsoft's new Windows 8 PC operating system with every Lumia 620 and Lumia 820. Buyers have to wait 14 days, then register details online to claim the upgrade.
The 620 is fast becoming the biggest-selling WP8 phone after glowing reviews. It has 8GB internal storage, microSD slot, two cameras and a good battery life.
