There may be no new Facebook app for Windows Phone on the horizon, but Microsoft has at least updated its offering.
The Facebook app developed by Microsoft has been updated to version 4.2 and while it does seem to work faster, it's still no gone down well with reviewers in the Windows Phone Store.
The main complaint seems to be the app jumps back to the top of the Timeline after the user has selected an individual post, which means scrolling down again.
Windows Phone badly needs a decent official Facebook app to bring it into line with Android and Apple.
