Itsdagram (nearly) fully-functional Instagram app now live in WP Store (Update...and it's gone)

The hugely-popular photo miniblogging service Instagram has said it's planning a Windows Phone app, but so far it's failed to come up with the goods.

But now there's a third-party app for Windows Phone 8 - called Itsdagram - that's almost fully functioning.

It lets users sign up, upload photos, comment, like, follow and find Facebook friends. The only thing it's lacking is filters and its hoped that function will be coming soon.

Couple of drawbacks: it's in beta so may still be buggy...and it costs £1.29/$1.49. Yup, even though it's beta it will cost you money and there's no trial.

But if you're desperate for Instagram on your Windows phone, Itsdagram seems the way to go.

Get it here. And probably best to do it soon, before Facebook, which now owns Instagram, has it pulled.

Update: Well...that didn't take long. It's gone. The Itsdagram page is still in the store but it says the app is "no longer published". It seems it wasn't Facebook that got it pulled, it was the developer who says it will be back and anyone who bought it will get the new one for free.
