There's a new app in the Windows Phone Store called PrintAble and it lets you print photos directly from your WP8 device to any enabled printer on your network.
A nice touch is when you select a photo on your phone and hit settings, you get a share option for PrintAble.

You'll need to download a free app to your Windows PC to enable the process.
