Vine has come to Windows Phone 8 in the form of a third-party app called 6Sec.
Vine is a Twitter-owned platform for sharing six-second videos. An official app has been promised but there's still no launch date.
6Sec has been in beta testing for some time and works well.
The app is a free download from the Windows Phone Store and the developer says there will be a "small" in-app purchase for uploading videos, although we can see no sign of any in-app purchase in this initial release and uploading is active.
Update: In fact, you get two uploads for free, then to continue unlimited uploading it costs £1.29
