Microsoft is increasingly attracting big-name apps for Windows Phone 8 and one of the latest is Photo Editor by Aviary.
It's a good robust editor and certainly up there with Aviary's popular apps for iOS and Android.
All the usual editing tools are featured to let you fiddle around with photos you've captured. There's crop, rotate, red-eye removal, settings for contrast, saturation and sharpness, as well as a good suite of preloaded filters for various photo effects and the ability to write or draw on the pics.
Then, hold down your edited work of art and a list of sharing options pops up for email and all the usual suspects including Facebook, Twitter and other sharing services loaded on your phone.
Aviary's offering is certainly worth grabbing now while it's free "for a limited time".
