6tagram Instagram app submitted to Windows Phone Store...should be released this week

The 6tagram Instagram app for Windows Phone 8 should go live in the Windows Phone Store this week.

According to developer Rudy Huyn:

The app has been in beta testing for a month and the developerss hard work has been obvious by the number and frequency of the beta updates.

Interest in this app (in the absence of an official Instagram WP app) has been intense. It's reported it will be the first officially API-compliant Instagram app on Windows Phone...that means more features and more stability than others.

It's believed 6tagram will be a free Store download with two in-app purchases: one to remove ads and the other to enable video uploading.

It was reported that 6tagram has been developed with the co-operation of Instagram, although the company denied this.
