The developer behind Instagram client 6tag, Rudy Huyn, has quit his job to concentrate on developing apps for Windows Phone.
6tag has been widely praised as better than official Instagram apps on other operating systems. And it's due for a major update in the next couple of days.
Huyn, from Rennes in France, has more than a dozen apps in the Windows Phone Store. His first big hit was Wikipedia. He has also developed a Vine client, 6sec.
In total, his apps have been downloaded more than three-million times.
And that was just part-time.
We're looking forward to what he comes up with now he's full-time.
