Could this be another sign Microsoft is getting its finger out and providing users with faster updates?
We've had a way of getting GDR3 onto our phones and now Bing Weather for Windows Phone 8 has received a major update.
The free app now support lockscreen display, has a choice of live tiles, including full wide-size, as well as giving us hourly, daily and 10-day forecasts.
This update makes it level-pegging with most of the paid-for weather apps.
