Microsoft releases slew of web apps for Windows Phone

There's a new section in the Windows Phone Store devoted to Microsoft WebApps.

It seems Redmond has become fed up waiting for some companies to produce their own fully-fledged WP apps. So, it's released a load of web apps - basically a feeds of mobile websites wrapped in skins that looks ok on Windows Phone.

At the moment, it's very US-centric, but hopefully Microsoft will realise (again) there is a world outside North America.
