Nokia releases App Folder to tidy up your Start Screen on WP8

Nokia is now letting Lumia owners tidy up their Start Screens into folders containing groups of apps.

It's released App Folder, which lets you select apps to go into named folders.

Tidy up your Start screen and make things easier to find with App Folder. You can gather similar apps together or keep your most used settings in one place – it's up to you. Simply create and name a folder, add the apps and settings you want, and then pin it to your Start screen. You can create as many app folders as you need and edit them as you go.

App Folder helps you sort your Start screen your way.

Exclusively for Nokia Lumia

Despite all that, it's a pretty basic app with no back-up or design options.

And it doesn't need the Nokia Lumia Black firmware update to work...it functions fine on all WP8 variants.
