One of the major plus points of Windows Phone 8 is Nokia's excellent HERE Maps which provide detailed worldwide mapping and turn-by-turn navigation knocking the socks of Google.
And the maps that power the app have just been updated. Nokia says most countries have improvements.
So get to Settings > slide across to Applications > Maps > Check for Updates.
