Nokia confirms new Lumia phones to be unveiled next week

Nokia has confirmed it will be launching more Lumia smartphones at Microsoft's Build 2014 developers conference in San Francisco on Wednesday, April 2.

It looks like being a jam-packed day: Microsoft is expected to unveil Windows Phone 8.1 OS update in the morning...with Nokia taking to the stage at 5pm.

The Nokia press invitations make it clear that new devices will be on show.

So what can we expect from Nokia? Two new devices are likely:

The Lumia 630 will be a lowish end WP8.1 phone with a 4.3" or 4.5" screen and 1GB RAM. It will come in single and dual-SIM versions. Photos have already been leaked by @evleaks.

The other device is more mysterious. It's expected to be the Lumia 930, seen as a successor to the doyen of Lumias, the 920. Not much is known about the 930, but it could be based on the Lumia Icon which has been an exclusive to Verizon in the US.
