We expect the new WP8 phone to be released fairly soon (with a 635 variant sporting dual-SIM capabilities).
The specs aren't known...but might well be 1GB RAM and a 4-inch screen.
So it's a fairly low-end Lumia...but it sure is brightly coloured.
