While many thousands of people have already updated to Windows Phone 8.1 through the Developer Preview release, it must be remembered that the new OS is still officially in beta.
That means there could still be bugs and problems with it.
Microsoft has released an app to help it identify the problems and find fixes.
It's called Diagnostics and it provides an easy way for users to log bugs and send the info to Microsoft.
