Microsoft has released another "universal" app...an app that works on both Windows Phone and Windows on a PC.
The latest is Windows Reading List, which was already out for Windows 8.1 and it now out for Windows Phone 8.1.
It's a way of saving webpages for later reading and it will now sync over Windows PCs, tablets and smartphones.
