It's not a new app, but for anyone new to Windows Phone it's still a must.
People Search is a dialling app...and much more.
One thing Windows Phone 8 (and WP8.1) lacks is T9-style predictive dialling. You know...hit each letter to start spelling out a name and get a list of corresponding contacts.
People Search does that...and it give you a choice of calling, texting or emailing. It also gives an easy way to send contact details to someone else by email, text or QR code.
The app has been around for years and get regular updates.
