Well, here's help the the third.
It's a free app called PolyScreen and it generates random colourful polygon shapes, although you have some control over the size and design. You can then save your creation to your phone and use on-screen.
The wallpapers it produces are particularly effective for showing of the new transparent Live Tiles in WP8.1...and the developer is promising new features such as more colour control.
