There are increasing complaints that the new Nokia Lumia 930 - released in the UK last week - has an overheating issue.
There were similar complaints when the flagship device was released in the US as the Lumia Icon.
Owners say the back of the device gets very hot when the processor is doing intensive tasks like the phone's initial set up or gaming.
Although some say it get noticeably hot even during low-processing functions like texting.
