Microsoft has released another update to Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 Preview for Developers.
There's no official changelog so it appears to be related to performance enhancements and other behind-the-scenes tweaks.
But one thing is known: it does NOT fix the Bitlocker issue that's stopping WP8.1 Developer Preview users updating to the public Lumia Cyan/8.1 release.
Microsoft says it's still working on this...despite the problem being known for weeks now. So if you're on Developer Preview WP8.1, you'll still have to roll back to WP8 and then update using the OTA public releases of WP8.1/Lumia.
