True to its word, Microsoft is pushing out another update for Preview for Developers Windows Phone 8.1 operating system.
As well as the usual "performance improvements", the update also seems to be aimed at enabling some Developer Preview users to upgrade to Nokia Lumia Cyan firmware update without having to roll back to WP8.
The update is worldwide and is live now.
