The latest version of Preview for Developers Windows Phone 8.1 brings a nifty new feature that lets you decide when future OS updates can be automatically installed.
If you go to Settings > Phone Update...you'll now see a "Preferred installation time" box.
It means you can set your phone to automatically download updates and then automatically install them when you're not using your device. The default setting is for 3am.
The WP8.1 update also brings improvements to Battery Saver.
