If you have one of the few phones eligible and have upgraded to Windows 10 Technical Preview, we have a feeling you may want to downgrade back to WP8.1 until 10 is more polished.
Microsoft has released a new PC app that will let you do just that.
It's called Windows Phone Recovery Tool 1.0.4 and it will restore your phone to out-of-factory state so you will need to restore it again from within the phone to install any backup you may want.

It probably goes without saying, it's for Windows PCs only...not Macs.
