The - deep breath - Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter has now gone on sale in the UK officially for £59.99, after being confined to the US.
It uses something called Miracast technology that let's you see on a TV screen what's on the screen of your Windows phone, laptop, tablet or PC. It also works with some Android devices. It's a bit like Google's Chromecast, which is designed to work only with Android.
The dongle plugs into a TV HDMI socket and gets its power by attaching the other end to the TV USB port.
So, if you're watching a movie on your Windows phone, you can throw the picture and sound to your TV.
It's also useful for presentations because the device is small and very portable.
