News International says it's planning to launch an iPad app for the UK newspaper The Sunday Times.
There's already an app on iTunes for its Monday-Saturday sister paper The Times.
No launch date or price as yet.
The Times app has been criticised for being too costly - £9.99 for 28 days subscription. But it's selling well in the Apple App Store.
News International is leading a move to scrap free internet access to its papers' websites and is planning to put them behind a paywall and start charging.
