Two new iPads In The Works Along With New Apple TV?

DigiTimes says it has evidence of plans for two new iPads.  It says Apple is planning to upgrade its current device to a more powerful machine with 512 MB RAM in the first quarter of next year. The current model has 266 MB RAM. It says it will also have a more powerful processor.

And, it says, Apple is planning an iPad mini with a seven-inch screen - the current model is 9.7 inches.

DigiTimes, a Taiwan tech trade site, also says there will be a new Apple TV set-top box. And speculation is growing it will run iOS with production starting in December.
