We've already reported that Nokia has released its new Nokia Camera app, which merges the excellent features of Nokia Pro Cam and Nokia Smart Cam.
But, because it's an update to the old Pro Cam app, it seems it's only officially available in the Windows Phone Store for higher-end Lumias - 920 and above.
And we thought the proxy workaround to get it onto other Lumias - like with Pro Cam - didn't work.
Well, good news....it does work. We've done it.
Here are the instructions:
1. Connect to your WiFi and in Settings > WiFi tap your connection.
2. Turn on Proxy and enter 103.13.29.118 in the Server box and 8888 in the Port box. Then hit the save arrow at the bottom of the page.
3. In Settings > Date+Time select any United States time zone.
4. Then in Settings > Language+Region select your region as United States. In the same Settings page hit Restart Phone.
5. After your phone restarts, go to the Nokia Camera page in the Windows Phone Store. This can take some time...be patient.
6. You should now get the option to Install/Update Nokia Camera. Hit Install or Update, but it will probably fail (again may take some time). Don't worry. Keep the Store window open by hitting the Windows button, go to Settings>WiFi. Tap your WiFi connection and switch off Proxy.
7. Hit the phone's Back button to get back to the Nokia Camera page in the Windows Phone Store and select Install/Update again. This time it should work.
8. Don't forget to change your phone settings back to your Time Zone and Region and restart the device.
We don't guarantee Nokia Camera will work perfectly on your device, but it's OK on our Lumia 720 and Lumia 820.

Thaaaaaanks ^_^
do as all steps described above, then go to you access point setting -> create new access point(do not delete old one)->fill all required information (like name, APN n all) in proxy fill 117.135.139.179 and 8888 in port (note: 108.xxx proxy will not work)
then get nokia camera app, tap install, it will show in your app list but with info (attention require ) when you click on it and tap on it, if it start show downloading then back to tap here info(this makes sure you can download and install this app :) ) , then go to your access point either disable proxy or active you old access point settings then try to tap and install it will surely work.
thanx a lot :D
