iClarified is reporting a new app called Gridlock that will appear in the Cydia App Store on jailbroken iPhones soon.It will apparently let you locate icons anywhere you want on your homescreens, which means you can place them to suit your theme or wallpaper.
It's due for release anytime now and will cost $1.
