Nokia Fights Back With Three New Smartphones

Nokia has started its smartphone fightback with three new devices. They all have touchscreens and all run an updated version of the Symbian operating system, which even Nokia fans admit is failing to keep up with rival systems.

The company is making the right noises. It's cleared out its top management and brough in a new team who are coming out quotes like: "Today we shift into high gear in Nokia's fightback to smartphone leadership".

Nokia may still sell more phones than any other manufacturer, but its market share is steadily dwindling in the face of Apple's iPhone and other manufacturers devices running Google's Android operating system.

Above, thanks to SlashGear is a hand-on with two of the new phones, the C6 and C7.

All the new phones will be on the market later this year.
