I don't often recommend themes for your iPhone/iPod Touch because it's down to personal taste. There are literally hundreds of themes in the Cydia App Store on jailbroken devices.
But I'm using one now that really deserves a mention. It's called iFlat. There are two versions: iFlat for non-Retina display devices, and iFlat HD for the iPhone 4.
I'm using the HD version and it is truly stunning if you like a clean, uncluttered homescreen. In fact, the screengrab above doesn't do it justice.
Both versions cost $1.50 in Cydia and there's a lite version that's free if you want to try it.
