It's reported that Apple is churning out 150,000 iPhone 5s a day and hopes to have up to six million ready for the official launch either late this month or next month.
DigiTimes says Apple's manufacturer, Foxconn in China, is at full capacity and another manufacturer, Pegatron, will also start production of the device early next year.
The fifth-generation device is expect to be slimmer and faster, with a better camera and running iOS 5.
