We all know Apple is suing Samsung claiming the South Korean company has copied the design of the iPhone and iPad with its Galaxy series of smartphones and tablets. And, of course, Samsung is counter-suing.
Well, here's an update on the state of play in courts worldwide.
Apple and Samsung, though still business partners, are fighting one another over intellectual property issues in 12 courts in nine countries across four continents. Each accuses the other of copying its mobile devices' designs and key technology, and neither shows signs of reaching a settlement anytime soon.There are now 20 lawsuits being fought between the two companies. The latest was when Apple lawyers went to court in London to counter-sue Samsung.
And if anyone says they just look like phones.....
