We've featured the NC Settings tweak for jailbroken iPhones before. But we're doing it again, because it keeps getting better.
It's a Notification Centre tweak that adds a top row of quick settings, including on/off for WiFi, 3G, Data, and volume level as well as a shedload of other useful buttons.
It's a very good-looking alternative to SB Settings and the developer is constantly updating with improvements.
The latest makes ordering the buttons much easier...you simply hold until they wiggle and move the button to where you want. Stop holding and they stop wiggling.
