We're going to have to wait a little longer before we open our newspapers and see Apple's humiliating apology to Samsung.
Last week, a judge in London ruled that Samsung did not copy Apple products and ordered Cupertino to take out advertising space in UK magazines and newspapers to say sorry for accusing the South Korean company of doing such a thing.
But Apple has now gone back to court and has won a delay until October before it has to publicly apologise. That's after an expected Apple appeal against the Judges ruling...so Apple is still hoping not to have to apologise at all...ever.
