Want to hail a black cab in London without waving your arms about in the middle of the street? Hailo is the app for you.
It claims to be the biggest instant taxi booking app in the city. It works like this:
Open the app, which will find your location. Adjust location if necessary and hit the button to alert the nearest cab in the network. The app will show you where your cab is and how long it will take to get to you. You can call the driver if you want and you can even use a registered credit card to pay the fare and the tip.
