Here's an interesting speed test: Nokia's top-of-the-range WP8 phone, the Lumia 920, versus the bottom-of-the-range Lumia 620.
And, believe it or not, there's not much in it. The 620 boots faster and it's just about on a par when it comes to opening apps.
Remember, the 920 costs about £520 SIM-free, compared with the 620 which starts at about £150.
It shows the strength of the Microsoft operating system that it works equally fast and smoothly on low and high powered devices.
