Microsoft confirms Build app developer conference for June

Microsoft has confirmed its third annual Build Conference for app developers. It's at The Moscone Center in San Francisco June 26-28.

The days will be filled with keynotes, workshops and seminars all aimed at persuading developers to produce more apps for all Microsoft platforms. Microsoft has used the first two conferences to unveil major new products and developments.

Attending isn't cheap. The fee is gulp $2,095, although if you're quick and are among the first 500 to apply it's gulp £1,596.

But you do get a nice goodie bag. Developers at the first Build got a Samsung tablet and they took away a Nokia Lumia 920 from the second.
