It's been a long time coming, but Microsoft has finally released an updated version of its official Facebook app for Windows Phone 8.
It's still in beta, but it's available to anyone to download for free from the Windows Phone Store.
Microsoft warns that it's still in the testing stage and users are invited to provide feedback by hitting "About" in the app's settings menu. The app is only for Windows Phone 8 devices and is not supported by WP7.
Facebook Beta looks good on first use. It seems to load quickly and the design is clean and smooth. Try swiping left or right on the Timeline. Good, eh! And there's even pull-to-refresh.
